✨ Do you have customer service hours?

Yes! We offer customer support Tuesday-Friday from 10 AM-5 PM (MST). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and grace as we support each soul intention.

Are there in-person shopping options available?

Absolutely. If you're local to the Denver area, you're welcome to schedule a one-on-one shopping experience.

✨ Are you available for private events or Ladies' Night gatherings?

Absolutely. Waist Bead Gatherings are one of my favorite offerings!

If you're hosting a group of 7 guests or fewer, I'll come to your space and create a warm, intimate shopping experience. We'll dive into the history, symbolism, and tying process, allowing time for connection and questions. 

✨ Do you require a deposit for private events or gatherings?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date (within 30 days), based on availability.

Do you travel for private events?

Yes! Travel within a 25-mile radius of Denver is included. For distances beyond that, a travel fee will be applied based on mileage and time. Let's connect to see what's possible.

✨ Can I request custom Waist Beads for my event?

Yes. If you'd like custom color schemes, energy themes, or intentional bead selections for your group, I'd be honored to create something meaningful. Just mention this when booking your event.

✨ Can I host a "Create Your Own Waist Bead" party?

Absolutely! This option allows each guest to handcraft their own strand with intention, guidance, and soul. I'll walk your group through the meaning of Waist Beads, choosing colors and materials, setting intentions, and the tying ceremony. 

Perfect for:

  • Birthdays
  • Sister circles
  • Wellness retreats
  • Intentional gatherings

Please book at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure we have time to prepare materials and space.

✨ What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date (within 30 days). 

If you ever have concerns, please reach out - I'm happy to work with you. 

✨ How do I care for my waist beads?

Your beads are sacred and deserve love:

  • Avoid tugging or pulling when dressing
  • Keep away from perfumes, oils, and lotions
  • Remove or protect strands before swimming in chlorinated water
  • Treat them as an extension of your spirit

If your strand is permanent, do not remove it unless you're ready to release the energy it holds.

Pick-Up + Shipping + Tracking

✨ How do I track my order?

Once your order is prepared and ready to ship, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep. 

✨ When can I expect my order to arrive?

Each order is handmade with care and intention. Please allow 3-4 weeks (21-30 business days) for your item to be crafted and shipped. Once shipped, it will travel via USPS

✨ I selected pickup. How does that work?

When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email with full instructions on how and when to pick it up. Please wait for that confirmation email before arriving to ensure your piece is ready.

✨ Where do you ship?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

✨ My tracking says "shipped," but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer able to manage its transit. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for updates or concerns about delays.

✨ My tracking says "delivered," but I don't see my package. Can you reship it? 

 If your package is marked as delivered but missing, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office and filing a claim with USPS. Unfortunately,  Be You Waist Beads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
